Karen has been a Fitness Instructor for over 35 years.  She is nationally certified and has extensive experience teaching many formats including Pilates, Functional Fitness (Strength and Toning), and Barre.  In addition to her fitness background Karen offers sessions on the BEMER (Bio Electro Magnetic Energy Regulation) vascular therapy mat.

Kate Jwaskiewicz is the Owner and Lead Instructor of Baby Boot Camp Syracuse. She has a Master's in Public Health from SUNY Upstate Medical University/Syracuse University, is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor, REVO₂LUTION RUNNING™ Certified Trainer, a Certified Holistic Health Coach, and is CPR/AED certified. After having her first child in 2014 she attended a Baby Boot Camp class at Onondaga Lake Park. She fell in love with the incredible workout and the camaraderie shown between the moms. With motherhood her new focus, and after the birth of her second child, purchasing the Baby Boot Camp franchise was the perfect marriage, bringing both of her passions of health and family together. Her mission is to help you become the strongest, healthiest, happiest version of yourself - at every stage of motherhood. Kate and her husband Adam are parents to Georgia, Ruby, Bernadette and Miles. 


Megan Barrett

Meghan Barrett is the owner and trainer at Barrett Fitness. She has always had a passion for the health and wellness industry. After receiving her bachelors degree is Business Economics and working in various management positions, She decided to redirect her focus back into the industry she loved so much. She completed her Certified Personal Trainer certification in 2012 and began training clients to of all different backgrounds and fitness levels. It wasn't until she became pregnant with her first child in 2016, that she discovered the lack of education and support for pre and postnatal women in the health and fitness industry. She has since completed three certifications specializing in pre and postnatal strength training. Meghan is committed to guiding women through healthy exercise throughout their pregnancies and postpartum.

Alyssa Eighmey is an AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor, Baby Boot Camp Certified, Karna Programs Certified, REVO₂LUTION RUNNING™ Certified Trainer, and is CPR/AED certified. She is an Instructor for Baby Boot Camp Syracuse. She was the winner of Baby Boot Camp Global’s Instructor of the Year for 2018. She is mom to Emma, 5 years old. She enjoys running around Syracuse and learning about fitness in the community. 


Laura Lacombe

Laura LaCombe is a certified level 1, TRX instructor, Certified Cardio Tennis Instructor, Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer!  She has been teaching for about 5 years now and really enjoys helping people find a fitness class that they can enjoy!  She teaches in multiple locations around the community and also takes classes with friends. She is a wife, mother of two boys, and enjoys planning tennis and golf,  She likes to change things up in her classes often.  She uses HIIT, EMOM, and Tabata timing so the classes are always fresh and fun!  All levels of ability are welcome  - come try a class!
